The Your Club, Your Way guide will help you customize your club meetings to better suit the needs and lifestyles of your club members. It includes a simple, fun exercise to help determine which elements of your meeting to keep and what to change, as well as a process for phasing in change!
This planning tool helps your club identify and initiate change!
Focused on club operations, service, leadership development and membership the Blueprint for a Stronger Club Guide provides step-by-step process to assess your club, establish goals and develop your blueprint.
Finally, your club is encouraged to submit your goals and receive a certificate of recognition.
The Club Quality Initiative (CEP) is more than a workshop, it is an interactive process that brings members together to look at what your club is today and what it can be tomorrow. It gives you the tools to improve club effectiveness and enhance your membership experience. With two versions to choose from (Pro and Lite) your club will be on its way to creating positive change!
Have a trained Lion facilitator come in and guide members through the workshop.
Have a member of your club lead the workshop.
