Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI)

Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI)

The Regional Lions Leadership Institute (RLLI) program allows multiple districts and single districts to apply for funding to support leadership training institutes in their own multiple/single district. The curriculum of the Regional Lions Leadership Institute is designed to suit the training and development needs of each area and is based on that of the LCI sponsored Lions Leadership Institute. The Leadership Development Division provides specific guidelines in an effort to maximize quality. The total reimbursement from Lions Clubs International will not exceed 50% of the total actual cost of the institute. An amount up to US$143 per confirmed participant is allowed per approved institute, up to a maximum of US$10,000 for multiple and single districts participating in the RLLI for the first and second time. Up to US$7,500 is available for RLLI participants who have previously received RLLI funding two or more times.

An e-mail will be sent to each GLT Multiple District Coordinator and GLT Single District Coordinator inviting them to request the RLLI packet of materials.   This packet contains information regarding the 2018-2019 Regional Lions Leadership Institute program, including the official policies and procedures, Regional Lions Leadership Institute Funding Application Form, planning guidelines, and a sample schedule.
